0.75 hr Personal Hygiene;
0.75 hr Food Microbiology & Food Preservation;
1.50 hr Shop Design, Cleaning and Pest Control;
Day 2 2.00 hr Food Safety Management & HACCP Process;
0.50 hr Additional Customer Requirements;
0.50 hr Training for managers;
1.00 hr Training Assessment, Feedback and Certification;
(Total: 2 Days; Around 8 hours)

Charging & Fees

Cost per person EUR 90 / person
Development fee EUR 250

Training Methodologies

Training methodologies include the use of case studies, sample documentation /
templates, and questionnaires. All learners are supplied with training manuals and
supporting process documentation. Trainings are interactive in that learners are
encouraged through the use of the above resources to participate and therefore,
contribute their views and opinions based on their own experience.
Course Duration

The duration of the training course is subject to client specification and learner
objectives. Minimum mandatory schedules apply – 1 day.

Course Fees

€250 development cost and €90 per participant thereafter. Minimum Daily Rates Apply.


All learners are awarded a Certificate of achievement on successful completion of the course.
